In my media courses, we practice interviews that are close to real situations. The courses are tailored to you and your needs. The training takes place easily via Zoom, or that we meet face to face. Formulations, body language, use of voice, pace, diction, look, message, - the aim is to give you a toolbox that helps you appear the way you want it..

I have over thirty years' experience in interviewing people of all ages and from different backgrounds, and know well where the shoe presses. Big ring, words that come out wrong, a voice in a high pitch, or "freezing up", there is a lot that can go wrong.
But with a little practice, you can get really good at it and maybe even enjoy meeting the media.

I also have experience as an internal media coach for new colleagues and have taught students in the media.
You can see media coaching as a good investment, those who usually do best are those who are prepared.
