My name is Mette Anthun, I am a Norwegian journalist, storyteller and media coach,  and  is passionate about helping others who have something to say.

After over thirty years as a news journalist and presenter, including at TV 2 and NRK, I now run the media and communications company ANTHUN. I look forward to helping people get their message out.

I know how the newsrooms operate from the inside. It may be useful for you.

 

I've interviewed everyone and everything - sitting at the forefront - and regardless of whether you're a head of state, spokesperson or completely inexperienced with the media - it's always basically the same thing; get to say what you have to, as well as possible.

It is with media training as with everything else, the better prepared, the better the result. It is no cliché that practice makes perfect.
